From the moment you become a Systima client your project will be handled by a single project manager. He or she will ensure you have a single point of contact within the company and will liaise with the various departments on issues such as delivery times and budgets.

Each project is different from the last but the general principles remain the same. You will be given a full specification/work schedule outlining all the tasks we will perform and the information needed from you.

Various design concepts will be produced to give you a number of options. Our designers will revise these until the final design is arrived at.

The project will then be handed to the team whose job it is to turn that concept into reality. You will be kept informed of progress every step of the way. Only when you are fully satisfied will the project be deemed complete but even after completion your project manager will remain in contact with you to help you with any issues that arise.
